Only licensed and appointed producers can sell EMI Health plans and receive commission. The online application covers everything — your Producer Agreement, HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and licensee information are all completed within the form. One submission, and you're in process.

Your EMI Health representative delivers current plan details, rate changes, and new options.
All plan change requests must be in writing and submitted. Final selections confirmed with your EMI Health team.
Meeting the 30-day window gives us time to print and mail ID cards so employees have them when coverage starts.
